What does the word COMMUNITY mean to you? What communities do you feel like you are an important part of? How can we develop a sense of community in our class?
I think that a community of people who are different from one another but who share a common belief or goal. I think that I am an important part of the ESM community, the Minoa area community and also of the Boy Scouting community. I think to develop a sense of community in a class it is important for people to know that they are similar to one another but also that everyone is different and has different strengths and that we can help each other learn new things.
Community to me means a group of people in the same place maybe doing some of the same things. I feel like an important community I'm part of is school. In this class we are all together doing some of the same things that sort of makes our class a small community.
Community is a group of people that live around you. Also that group of people that help and care for you. Lastly they help you get thought things. That is what it meens to me.
A community to me is a place that people look forward to chill at. For me that is a good thing because i like to go outside and chill with all my friends. we do a sence of community in our class by talking with everyone, not making fun of people, and look forward to work together as a grroup.
A community to me is a bunch of people working together to make a place more friendly and good to live. I feel like i am an important part of the school community. We can develop a sense of community by working together and treating everyone nicely.
Community is a bunch of people that live in the same area who have the same interests and things in common. I feel i'm part of the school. We can develop a sense of community in our class by everyone talking to eachother.
To me a community is a place where there are many people that are very close and talk about things. I feel like I am an important part of my sports community. We all get along and I love almost everyone on all my teams. We can make this classroom feel more like a community by talking more and getting along with each other while having fun.
